Autobook
Autobook is a feature that can be used between Skej users to instantly book meetings based on everyone's existing preferences and calendar availability.
The best way to take advantage of Autobook is by inviting your coworkers and close contacts use Skej! You can invite them to join here to make scheduling instant and easy.
1. What is Autobook?
When everyone in a meeting uses Skej, Skej knows everyone's availability and preferences and can instantly book the meeting.
If no specific date or time parameters are given, Skej will always Autobook the next available overlap.
If you give a suggested date range like 'next week,' it will look for a time that works within that range.
Autobook works with any number of people, as long as they are all Skej users, which makes it especially useful for internal meetings where you want to get a lot of people in a meeting with minimal effort.
2. "Connect Your Calendar"
To encourage non-Skej users to instantly book meetings instead of going back and forth, Skej will include a link to "connect your calendar" when proposing meeting times to non-Skej users.
If that person chooses to connect their calendar, the meeting will Autobook instantly. It’s a quick and easy process, ensuring everyone can benefit from the convenience of Autobook.
3. Partial Autobook
If you're scheduling a meeting with a mixed group of Skej users and non-users, Skej will first find the times that work for all the Skej users, and then propose those times to the non-Skej users.
When the non-users confirm a time, Skej can book the meeting right away. This is a great feature if you're trying to book a meeting with both coworkers that uses Skej, and external contacts that don't use Skej.
